Mind At Ease provides psychological services by fully registered psychologists and professionally qualified counsellors. We utilise a range of therapeutic modalities including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred and Mindfulness. We specialise in the treatment of anxiety, depression, anger management among other conditions.

Michelle Curmi is a fully registered psychologist - BA Grad Dip (psychology) Psychology (Counselling) and is a member of APRA and MAPS.
Michelle is a highly qualified and registered Psychologist, (Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and is passionate about Holistic wellness. Her extensive range of skills includes specialisation in Anxiety and Stress Management, Depression, Trauma, Couples and Parenting Support, Pregnancy Support, Post Natal Depression (PND), Healing and Recovery and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
Michelle has experience and expertise working with adults, adolescents, children and families with a variety of presenting issues. She also provides expert services to schools, assisting children, parents and educators with a range of behavioural, psychological and emotional concerns. A significant part of this involves working with teachers and families collaboratively to best meet children’s needs.
A mother of two young boys, Michelle also has a special interest in carer’s needs and stress reduction, a significant and often overlooked issue.
Adrian Barker is a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist - BA Dip Ed Grad Dip (Counselling) is a member of MACA.
Adrian has a successful private practice and has significant experience working with men both in Australia and with Australian expats overseas. Areas of expertise include relationships, depression, anxiety, anger and career / life direction and self development and growth. Adrian has been recognized for his outstanding ability and willingness to genuinely connect with the client, such a vital catalyst in the achievement of meaningful change.
Adrian also provides presentations on Men and the Male Perspective, 'Happiness Audits' and Benefits of Mindfulness.
Previous life experience includes management in education, corporate recruitment, teaching and management in the TAFE sector, small business management (publishing), property development and smartphone app development..
